Dave is also the author of 3 drum method books including his most recent, The Odd Time Drumming book.

In their conversation, they talk about his work in the Conservatory Of Dance program and how it involves a creative approach and adaptation to the challenges presented. They also discuss his experiences as a freelance musician and why he has chosen to focus on education at this stage of his career.
